1. Acceptance

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any online, classroom or corporate training you enrol in with us. By submitting an enrolment or paying a fee you agree to these terms. For corporate programmes, the signed proposal or agreement with your organisation prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Enrolment and fees

Enrolment is confirmed only when we receive full payment (or an approved corporate purchase order) and send a written confirmation. Fees are as stated in your quote or on the course page, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay or bank transfer; we issue GST invoices. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Batches and changes

We publish batch dates in good faith. We may reschedule a session, change the trainer to another qualified trainer, move a classroom session online, or merge or postpone a batch if minimum enrolment is not met, giving you as much notice as practical. If we cancel a batch, you may move to another batch or receive a full refund of fees paid for that batch. Learners may request one free transfer to a later batch by writing to us at least 7 days before the start date; further transfers are at our discretion.

4. Access to the LMS and labs

Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Access to recordings, materials and labs is provided for the period stated for your programme. Lab environments are for learning only; do not use them for production workloads, mining, attacks or any unlawful activity. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, videos, lab guides, code, assessments and this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, publish, share or use them to deliver training without our written permission. Code you write in labs belongs to you. For corporate clients, any rights in customised materials are as agreed in the contract. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.

6. Conduct

Be respectful to trainers and fellow learners, keep to session timings, and do not share confidential information of your employer in sessions or labs. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts a session, without refund, after a warning.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued on meeting the attendance and assessment criteria of the programme. They are not certifications from any technology vendor. Vendor certification exams, where mentioned, are taken separately with the vendor and are not guaranteed.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

Our training is designed to build skills; we do not guarantee jobs, promotions, salary changes or exam results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
